Book Club for People who are Visually Impaired and Blind

On the second Wednesday of each month, between 10:00 am and 11:30 am, the book club meets to talk about books and to socialize. Residents of Pasco, Hernando, and Citrus who are visually impaired or blind are invited to join in. Members meet at the New Port Richey Lighthouse or they call in using UberConference. On the day of the meeting, conference call participants are automatically called so joining a meeting is easy and fun. Call 727-815-0303 to RSVP and to find out if the upcoming meeting is being held in person or by UberConference. Find the book being discussed on our Facebook page or search for #LVIBReads on the internet.

You can also visit Ongoing Activities and Events for book club dates and other Lighthouse activities.

All the books read are free, in braille or in audio format, from the Library of Congress.
